ABOUT ME
I am a jack of all trades. I can help you in various ways. In my courses, I help high-earning healthcare women in their 30s and 40s reinvent their work life with purpose and meaning so that they feel content, satisfied, and free in just 12 weeks - using my 5-step PHASE Method.

How do I know how to help? I went through a career crisis during the pandemic, working as a pharmacist. I used to love my job. All of a sudden, I was frustrated and severely burned out. I felt like I was wearing a mask at work all the time and it was very exhausting.
It got me asking the question, "what is my life's purpose?" And going on a wild spiritual journey to figure it out. Sleepless nights, lots of anxiety, and the lack of clarity really got to me!

Then one day, through birthday cards on my 33rd birthday, I realized my purpose was to align with my most authentic self, and teach and inspire others to do the same!
​
The same year I quit that job, without having anything lined up, and took time to recover from burnout and truly rest.
​
I now do meaningful work as an energy healer, author, wedding officiant, and tarot reader, and I love ALL that I do! I am here to help you create what you love, too!

I was trained in coaching by Awakened Academy®, an internationally recognized and accredited coaching school. I also have energy healing certifications in The Emotion Code® and The Body Code™ and The Belief Code® . I am also a Certified Mindfulness instructor.
I am also an Ordained Minister and can perform weddings anywhere in the US!​

Outside of my work, I enjoy meditation, yoga, reading, writing, nature, gardening, cooking, baking, and my dog, Rocco. He's the BEST!
